The Inner Work That Changes Everything

Most people approach transformation backwards. They focus on what they want to achieve, how they want to be perceived, the results they're chasing... and wonder why their efforts feel exhausting and unsustainable.

After years of working with leaders and change-makers, I've discovered something profound: lasting outer transformation is always an inside job.

The people who create real, sustainable change aren't the ones with the best strategies or the most willpower. They're the ones who've learned to work with the three centers of transformation: Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Mind: The Stories That Run Your Life

Your mind is constantly creating stories about who you are, what you deserve, and what's possible. These aren't just thoughts. They're deeply embedded narratives that operate like invisible software. The inner work isn't about rejecting inherited stories, but consciously choosing which ones still serve your growth and which ones keep you small.

Body: Your Nervous System's Intelligence

Real transformation happens through your nervous system's capacity to hold increasingly complex states. It's about expanding your window of tolerance: the range where you can think clearly and respond consciously instead of reacting from old patterns. As you develop, it takes more to knock you off center, and you recover faster when you do.

Spirit: Your Deeper Purpose for Service

This isn't about religion. It's about recognizing you're part of something larger than your individual needs and fears. When you operate from ego, everyone becomes a threat. But when you connect to service, to something beyond yourself, your energy shifts from grabbing to giving. From protecting to creating.

Your outer impact is limited by your inner capacity. That's why lasting change requires all three centers working together.

MEET FRED VAN RIPER

Fred Van Riper is the founder of Seat at the Table and a leadership coach who's disrupting the entire industry with his approach to transformation. Instead of boring leadership consulting or cookie-cutter frameworks, Fred is dedicated to inspiring the life-changing work of self-discovery that unlocks your capacity to lead without a mask.

Fred has coached dozens of leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who wanted to create meaningful impact. His unique approach draws from years of inner work practice and recognizes a fundamental truth: the world needs people who can create change without burning out. Who can hold space for transformation in others because they've learned to hold it in themselves.

His three-course leadership development system—Connection Blueprint, The Ownership Course, and Master Builder—helps people architect the life and impact they truly want from the inside out.

The monthly workshops are Fred's way of putting good work into the world while giving you a taste of what's possible when you stop trying to fix yourself and start exploring who you're becoming.
