Seat at the table
Getting Started
You and I begin with a complimentary 60-minute coaching session to explore your goals and see if we're a good fit. If not, I'll recommend other coaches who may be better suited to what you need.
Bio
I'm a leadership coach and founder of Seat at the Table Coaching & Consulting. I help leaders move from performing leadership to embodying it — by building the inner clarity and emotional range required to lead with integrity under pressure. I found my passion for this work through years of working alongside leaders in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and dozens of other industries.
Who I Coach
I coach leaders who are serious about working on themselves and their organizations — and who are ready to do the inner work that creates outer results. My clients are often founders, executives, or emerging leaders who know they need to change how they approach leadership, not just what they do.
Some are navigating new roles or new challenges. Others are successful on paper but feel disconnected from their team, values, or sense of direction. Most are starting to realize that doing more isn't the answer — they need to lead differently.
My clients are often:
→ Stuck in patterns that got them here but won’t get them there
→ Hitting ceilings they can’t break through with effort alone
→ Leading teams through change, tension, or misalignment
→ Looking to lead with more presence, connection, and clarity
Background
I've spent the past decade coaching leaders and facilitating high-stakes conversations across industries. What I've seen consistently is that the real friction isn't usually technical — it's internal. It's the gap between how someone shows up and who they actually want to be.
Coaching Philosophy
I help you identify what's actually in your way and develop the capacity to lead from a clearer, more connected place. We work at the level of belief, behavior, and identity — because that's where lasting change happens.
